From the moment the decision to start a software project is made, a high element of risk is introduced. Every phase of a project, from requirements to pre-production carries an element of risk. The identification of these risks and the processes for managing and mitigating risk early in a software project are infrequently planned. Some of the ways in which planning and developing processes for software development risk management, including quality assurance, quality control, and testing, will be discussed in this seminar.
