Ms. Pease has an extensive background in the applications of security and technology to the needs of middle-market companies. During her career she has implemented computer systems for a wide-range of organizations in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Additionally, she has led installation projects at the Pentagon, the Government Printing Office and many state government offices. Her breadth of technology applications experience extends to business process reengineering, operations and strategic planning.

Ms. Pease and her business partner, Dr. Stan Stahl, co-founded Citadel Information Group to assist organizations more effectively secure their critical information assets. The company provides information security management services to business, government, and the not-for-profit community.
