We completed our initial offering of chapter sponsored training in June. The four courses, CSTE Bootcamp, CSTE Prep Class, CSQA Bootcamp and CSQA Prep Class were very successful. Karina Gamble, Program/Education Chair is busily working to identify the next courses that the chapter will offer.

Following up our initial courses that prepare our members for certification, we have been approved as a testing site for QAI certifications. Certification testing is scheduled for Saturday, September 18, 2004 and will be held at our Simi Valley location. Additional details for applying for certification are available at www.softwarecertifications.com.

Plans are beginning to formalize for the 5th Annual Vendor Showcase and Conference scheduled for Saturday, September 25th. Mark your calendars! We will provide more details on location and speakers as they become available.
